Separation

Navigating Separation, Together

Going through a separation or divorce can feel isolating and overwhelming, like navigating a complex map without a guide. I am here to help you find your path.

I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space to help you process the emotional fallout of a relationship ending. My role is to support you in managing the stress, making clear-headed decisions, and building the foundations for your new beginning.

How divorce coaching works

My divorce coaching service is tailored to your unique situation, providing practical and emotional support where you need it most.

  • Emotional & Practical Support: A confidential space to process grief, anger, and anxiety, helping you move from crisis to clarity.

  • Communication Strategies: Learn to manage difficult conversations with your ex-partner, legal team, and family.

  • Co-Parenting Support: Develop strategies to protect your children from conflict and build a stable, effective co-parenting relationship.

  • Decision-Making Clarity: Support to help you untangle the emotional and practical decisions you face, from living arrangements to financial adjustments.

  • Goal Setting for the Future: We’ll work together to identify your values and goals, helping you build resilience and a positive vision for your next chapter.

  • Navigating the Process: While I do not offer legal advice, I can help you prepare for mediation or legal meetings, manage stress, and stay focused on your long-term well-being.
