My divorce coaching service is tailored to your unique situation, providing practical and emotional support where you need it most.
Emotional & Practical Support: A confidential space to process grief, anger, and anxiety, helping you move from crisis to clarity.
Communication Strategies: Learn to manage difficult conversations with your ex-partner, legal team, and family.
Co-Parenting Support: Develop strategies to protect your children from conflict and build a stable, effective co-parenting relationship.
Decision-Making Clarity: Support to help you untangle the emotional and practical decisions you face, from living arrangements to financial adjustments.
Goal Setting for the Future: We’ll work together to identify your values and goals, helping you build resilience and a positive vision for your next chapter.
- Navigating the Process: While I do not offer legal advice, I can help you prepare for mediation or legal meetings, manage stress, and stay focused on your long-term well-being.
